Approximately 60 million Americans suffer from occasional bouts of heartburn. I was not part of this group…until recently. In the last few weeks I’ve begun to experience mild discomfort from pregnancy-related heartburn. It mostly creeps up at night and is very annoying! I know there are lots of over-the-counter medications available but I’d rather try something more natural if possible. Also, I hate to spend more money than I have to if a remedy is already sitting in my kitchen cupboard!
I asked Jill over at Jill’s Home Remedies for any suggestions and she was nice enough to write an entire post on the subject! She has a few different remedies using common household products such as baking soda, chamomile tea, apple cider vinegar and honey.
